Who Are ‘They’ Really?

Meet Axel

I’m Axel - A fully certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and someone who knows what transformation really takes.

As a trans masc person, I’ve worked hard to shape the body I was meant to have, not the one I was born with and that journey taught me resilience, empathy, and the power of showing up for yourself.

I created Bear It All to do fitness differently - focusing on personalised programs, real progress, and a space where everyone feels supported. Fitness isn’t just about muscles; it’s about health, confidence and building a life that feels strong and balanced.
